$33/hr - $40/hr

Position Overview

Calling all Excel wizards and budget-balancing pros! We are looking for a Financial Analyst to jump in and support key budgeting, forecasting, and year-end wrap-up work. If you thrive on spreadsheets, live for clean reconciliations, and want to use your finance skills for good, this one's for you.

Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst

• Track and report on staffing and program budgets.
• Keep an eye on spending trends and flag what matters.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with clarity and insight.
• Help prepare for year-end (forecasts, reports, you know the drill).
• Support the annual budget process.
• Input revenue data into the general ledger.
• Assist in reporting and keeping KPIs on point.
• Review purchase requests through a budget lens.
  
  

Required Experience/Skills for the Financial Analyst:

• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting chops and Excel fluency.
• Comfortable with budgets, reconciliations, and getting into the details.
• Experience with Position Control or Business Dynamics? Bonus points!
  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
