Job Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join the Infrastructure Finance team.

Responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the Supply Chain Sourcing organization, ensuring financial goals are met and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making and business outcomes.
• Cost Management: Partner with sourcing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly accruals related to supply chain expenses.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management, including variance and trend analysis and KPIs.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sourcing, engineering, and finance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations; identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, or related area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Relationship management with internal stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in financial planning tools (Excel, Access, financial software)
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations
