Job summary

Salas Staffing is seeking a Finance professional for a 100% remote role with a marketing agency. The candidate will prepare financial reports, conduct bank reconciliations, and support cyclical audits while applying strong business knowledge and interpersonal skills.

You will create ad-hoc reports, prepare tax documents, and analyze financial statements. Additionally, you will assist budgeting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions, with work-from-anywhere flexibility in LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
