What You’ll Do

• Analyze project/job costing data and compare performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
• Review backlog and bookings schedules to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation across active projects.
• Prepare reports and deliver insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a project-based environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
