Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role will build and maintain financial models in Excel, analyze variances, and provide reporting to guide business decisions.

The position will partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; experience with Oracle Hyperion or Workday is preferred. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire with fully remote options on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Hands-on modeling and analytics in budgeting & forecasting.
• ERP exposure: Oracle Hyperion or Workday.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Location: 100% REMOTE EAST COAST ONLY – If they want to work onsite, HQ is in Newtown Square, PA!

Duration: 6 month C2H

Salary: 100K-105K Plus 15% max annual bonus (Plus 32K in Benefits comp)

Interview Process:1 & DONE (Technical Excel assessment/Communication)

Interview Availability: Monday 11/2 @ 11:30A, 2:30P, 3:00P via Teams

Must-haves:

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Hands-on modeling & analytics skills within budgeting & forecasting
• ERP exposure with Oracle Hyperion OR Workday
• Real-world examples operating in a fast-paced environment (Cross-functional work, stakeholder communication, proactive communication)
• Excellent communication skills with an interest in company culture & working collaboratively (This team is very close-knit!)

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This person will build and maintain financial models in Excel, analyze actuals versus forecasts, identify trends and variances, and provide reporting to help guide business decisions. They’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, proactively communicate financial insights, and leverage Oracle Hyperion or Workday for planning and reporting activities. This role will become permanent so long as expectations are met in the first 6 months. This resource can sit fully remote on the East Coast.
