• Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance to provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and explain key drivers
• Support budgeting and forecasting (FP&A) cycles
• Perform valuation and investment analysis (DCF, ROI, NPV, IRR) as required
• Review financial statements and track key financial KPIs
• Create dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams through online tools
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• 0 to 1 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role (internships count)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with video meetings and online collaboration tools
• Stable internet connection and own laptop
