Kforce's client, a growing organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a high‑impact Financial Analyst to serve as a key business partner to operations and leadership. The role provides strong exposure to FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic decision support in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close support, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning
• Partner with operations to identify cost savings, improve profitability, and drive efficiencies
• Support capital planning and investment analysis
• Collaborate with accounting to analyze financial results and drive process improvements
• Assist with contract analysis and negotiations (customers, vendors, labor)
• Champion standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of relevant finance/FP&A experience (more is a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, required
• Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
• Ability to travel 2 to 3 days a month to visit locations
• High visibility and direct interaction with senior leadership

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
