Kforce's client in the Downtown Milwaukee area is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide budgeting, forecasting, business case and financial analytics leadership to support the company's financial health and growth strategies. The role will be responsible for financial planning and modeling, pro forma and business case development, data analytics and specialized projects, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline is required; an MBA

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
• MBA preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, financial operations, accounting and/or related field required.
• Experience with financial systems preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
