Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to analyze ticket revenue, bookings, yield, and pricing across multiple data sources. You will support annual revenue goals with forecasting, pacing analyses, and variance explanations.

The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and strong communication to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in FP&A, commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, or related analytical role.
• Experience in cruise, travel, hospitality, consumer, retail, transportation or similar data-rich industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ticket revenue, bookings, yield, pricing, load factor, capacity, costs, and distribution-channel performance using multiple data sources to identify risks, opportunities, and actions that support annual revenue goals.
• Prepare and maintain recurring forecasts, pacing analyses, booking targets, attainment reporting, and variance explanations. Distinguish changes driven by volume, rate, mix, timing, capacity, currency, cost, or methodology.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and impact analyses to evaluate pricing change recommendations, promotional strategies, market events, itinerary changes, capacity shifts, and other commercial decisions. Translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Measure promotional, sales, and tactical-offer performance against defined objectives, including booking production, yield achievement, revenue contribution, capacity utilization, and relevant benchmarks.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting and analytical summaries. Ensure timely refreshes, accurate commentary, appropriate distribution, and resolution of data or methodology questions.
• Build, maintain, validate, document, and improve Excel-based models, pricing files, trackers, databases, queries, and testing files. Apply quality controls to assumptions, formulas, source data, and business rules.
• Reconcile information across source systems and reports, investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and communicate the impact of data quality, reporting timing, or methodology differences.
• Create concise, presentation-ready summaries for leadership and partner across Revenue Management, Finance, Sales, Commercial Planning, Operations, and data teams to align assumptions and implement approved actions. Support new-season launches, financial-planning activities, and other job-related functions as assigned.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field of study; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, business analytics, forecasting, or a related analytical role. Experience in cruise, travel, hospitality, consumer, retail, transportation, or another data-rich industry is preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, financial modeling, and analysis of large data sets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, performance measurement, and business decision support.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, databases, AI tools, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear recommendations, reports, and presentation-ready materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions of the organization.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in analysis, reporting, and presentations.
