Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, cost analysis, data validation, and decision support for ICE OFM Customer Service Operations. The analyst will translate financial and operational data into accurate, traceable, and actionable products for program leadership and supported customers.

Financial AnalystFull Time United StatesDescription**Position Summary**The Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, cost analysis, data validation, and decision support for ICE OFM Customer Service Operations. The analyst will translate financial and operational data into accurate, traceable, and actionable products for program leadership and supported customers.**Key Responsibilities*** Analyze financial and operational datasets and perform recurring and ad hoc financial analyses.* Support FASS cost analysis, activity-based costing, cost allocation, and customer billing activities.* Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, annual, and customer-facing financial reports.* Perform variance, trend, reconciliation, and root-cause analyses.* Extract, transform, validate, and report data using advanced Excel and applicable analytical tools.* Develop charts, tables, visualizations, briefings, and decision-support products.* Perform quality assurance on source data, calculations, reports, and financial outputs.* Maintain supporting documentation and traceable audit trails for analyses and calculations.* Support fiscal year-end, audit, customer-service, and special-project requirements.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.* Demonstrated experience performing financial analysis and reporting.* Demonstrated experience with activity-based cost modeling and/or cost-model development.* Experience analyzing FASS or comparable shared-services cost data, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data-visualization or analytical platforms.* Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to explain analytical results to business stakeholders.* Ability to perform data-quality validation and maintain defensible supporting documentation.**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior DHS and/or ICE experience.* Experience supporting Federal financial management or financial shared-services environments.* Experience with activity-based costing, cost allocation, customer billing, or related financial analytics.* Experience with SQL and Power BI and/or Tableau.* Experience with Federal financial reporting, audit support, financial data modeling, or QA validation.**Program Requirements*** Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.* Must be able to successfully complete the DHS ICE background investigation required before performing work on the task order.* Must be available to support the proposed CS-OPS program following contract award and onboarding.**About the Opportunity**SD Solutions is building a team to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management (OFM), Customer Service Operations.
