Junior Associate Dashboard DeveloperFull Time United StatesDescription**Position Summary**The Junior Associate Dashboard Developer will support the development, maintenance, enhancement, and quality assurance of dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytical products used by ICE OFM and its customers. The role will work closely with financial and business analysts to transform operational and financial data into clear, reliable decision-support products.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data-visualization products.* Create recurring and ad hoc analytical reports, charts, and visualizations.* Build and maintain data extracts and support data transformation and integration activities.* Develop queries and support SQL-based analysis where applicable.* Perform data-quality checks and dashboard/report quality assurance.* Support automation of recurring reporting and analytical workflows where appropriate.* Troubleshoot dashboard, reporting, and data-quality issues.* Maintain data definitions, technical documentation, requirements, and user guides.* Gather and translate reporting requirements in collaboration with financial analysts and program stakeholders.* Support operations and enhancement of current or successor CSP systems and analytical tools.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.* Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or data visualization.* Proficiency with advanced Excel and at least one data-visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau.* Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.* Ability to document technical requirements, workflows, user guidance, and data/reporting logic.**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior DHS and/or ICE experience.* Experience with Federal financial or shared-services data.* SQL development experience.* Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau in a production reporting environment.* Experience supporting financial data modeling, QA validation, activity-based costing, or cost-allocation reporting.**Program Requirements*** Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.* Must be able to successfully complete the DHS ICE background investigation required before performing work on the task order.* Must be available to support the proposed CS-OPS program following contract award and onboarding.**About the Opportunity**SD Solutions is building a team to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management (OFM), Customer Service Operations.
