RBC in Minneapolis is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide detailed financial models, analyze data on products and programs, and prepare monthly financial and metric reports. You will conduct variance analysis and collaborate with leadership to support budgeting and forecasting.

Responsible for providing the business with financial information to make strategic decisions. This involves metrics reporting to track success of programs, forecasting products and programs to provide estimated impact, financial analysis on profitability of current products and more. There will also be communication with business leaders and building out presentations to review financial data. It will provide the opportunity to be a part of strategic initiatives and understand how senior leaders make critical decisions.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
