RBC Capital Markets in New York is seeking a Research Associate to perform fundamental analysis of aerospace and defense companies. You will build and maintain detailed financial models, coordinate research outputs, and support analysts while developing sector expertise.
The role requires an undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus and FINRA licenses, plus 1–2+ years in equity research or capital markets. Strong writing, communication, and teamwork are essential.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $100,000 - $160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
