RBC Capital Markets, LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Analyst to bridge reporting regulations and digital execution for the Tax Reporting Operations team. You’ll convert strategic initiatives into actionable tasks, coordinate with strategy, operations and technology, and own UAT and annual testing processes.
The role requires 5+ years in operations or business analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel/SQL skills with experience in enterprise tax software.
The Senior Analyst bridges the gap between complex informational reporting regulations and digital execution. This role ensures technology defects, enhancements and annual testing, including UAT, occurs to ensure reporting can occur timely and efficiently for the Tax Reporting Operations team.

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $130,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time‑off plan.
