Job summary

Xactly seeks a Financial Analyst to join its finance team in optimizing financial modeling, forecasting and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to turn source data into actionable insights for executives and improve visibility into the business.

You will develop new metrics, support monthly reporting, and help with budget processes while leveraging AI-enabled finance tools to enhance accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance-related experience.
• Experience with ERP/Planning Systems (Adaptive Planning/Workday a plus).
• Advanced Excel modeling and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools and AI in finance modeling.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Financial Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you’ll assist the finance team with understanding, modeling and measuring the business. You will work cross-functionally utilizing source data to analyze key metrics, with a focus on all things finance related such as partnership with executives, expense forecasting/reporting, and budget and forecast creation. In addition, you will develop new metrics and implement the processes to ensure consistent measurement and reporting to improve our visibility into the business. You will be expert in understanding these KPIs and communicating to senior management through monthly reporting and summary presentations.

THE SKILL SET

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with 2+ years of finance related experience
• Experience with ERP/Planning Systems (Adaptive Planning/Workday a plus)
• Customer driven, collaborative, business-oriented approach
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, innovative mindset that is comfortable venturing into unknown territory and learning new things/technologies in order to find solutions.
• Fluency with advanced Excel formulas and modeling (SQL is a plus)
• Experience working with business intelligence and modeling tools
• Experience leveraging AI in support of finance modeling and analysis
• Experience within SaaS and/or Software industry is a plus

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $75,000 to $93,000 plus applicable bonus.
