Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Holidays : PH Regular Holidays and some US Holidays including :

• Memorial Day (5/29/23)
• Independence Day (7/4/23)
• Labor Day (9/4/23)
• Thanksgiving Day (11/23/23)
• Friday after Thanksgiving (11/24/23)
• Christmas week (12/24/23 - 1/1/24)

Salary range : $1,000 - $2,000

About the Role

We’re hiring a financial analyst who will report to the CEO. This role is crucial in handling finance matters such as cash flow management, revenue forecasting, and accounts payable/receivable.

This position is remote but requires work within the United States Central time zone.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage our 13-week cash flow model
• Update weekly with cash balance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Coordinate with the sales team weekly on deals in the pipeline
• Monitor accounts payable and schedule payments with the CEO
• Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with sales to collect payments
• Forecast revenue from live events, sponsors, and advertisers
• Analyze financial statements for areas of improvement
• Develop and monitor budgets and actual performance
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management
• Assist in developing financial strategies and plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst or similar
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with Hubspot, Brex Bank, Slack, Notion, Gmail
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
