Job Title: Remote/WFH Financial Analyst

HomeRiver Group is seeking a Remote/WFH Financial Analyst to join their team. This position offers an opportunity to engage in various areas of the business to assist market leaders and corporate leadership through research, analysis, and reporting. The Financial Analyst will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial and KPI reporting processes. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager, FP&A.

Essential Functions

1. Support the development of executive materials including business reviews and leadership presentations.
2. Collaborate with the FP&A team and business partners to analyze financial results and provide insights.
3. Partner cross-functionally to uncover operational and financial insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.
4. Leverage financial systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.
5. Conduct ad hoc modeling and analysis for investment and financial decisions.
6. Assist in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2-4 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and ownership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
