Aquent Talent seeks a highly analytical Finance Manager to shape financial strategy and optimize resource allocation for diverse product lines. You will partner across Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain to drive governance and informed decisions in a dynamic, global finance team.

In this contract role, build sophisticated models, analyze investments, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership, while driving process improvements and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with ability to leverage tech to improve efficiency and insights.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive with ownership mentality and strong analytical rigor.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will build strong financial foundations while partnering closely with business units to ensure robust financial discipline and informed strategic choices.

What You Will Do

• Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support critical business decisions.
• Develop comprehensive financial analyses and business cases to evaluate investments, product launches, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Translate complex financial insights into clear, concise recommendations for business leaders.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proactively recommending strategic actions.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
• Build sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes and overall business performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance the quality of financial analysis and business insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive with a strong ownership mentality.
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
• Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, or other fast-paced commercial environments.
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
