Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a financial role (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proven experience dealing with landlords and third‑party vendors.
• Experience in payment processing or accounts payable.
• Strong ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process lease invoices accurately.
• Perform landlord reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide day‑to‑day finance support for the lease portfolio.
• Interact with finance, accounting, and external landlords.
• Handle large data sets to support financial analysis.
