We are seeking a Branch Service Professional to provide industry-leading service to branch personnel by handling incoming calls related to Mutual Funds and 529 products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to internal branch partners during every interaction.
Manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot mutual fund order entries and trade adjustment inquiries in real-time.
Assist with mutual fund journal requests.
Provide detailed support and guidance on 529 plan offerings.
Ensure compliance with firm policies for 529 account opening and maintenance.
Supply necessary documentation for new account setup, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
Prior financial services experience required; mutual fund knowledge is preferred.
Experience handling inbound client calls is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client service orientation.
High attention to detail and sound judgment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to research and resolve inquiries efficiently, escalating as needed.
