Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Business Office. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and focuses on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities include monthly reporting, preparing financial statements, and owning the AP process for drug expenditures. Strong Excel skills and collaboration within a team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting.
• Support in preparing monthly financial statements.
• Perform financial analysis on revenue and expenses.
• Own accounts payable process surrounding drug expenditures.
• Perform bank account reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end close including booking journal entries and reviewing financial statements.
• Serve as back-up for Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Support CFO with analysis as needed.

The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• · Prepare monthly reporting
• · Support in preparing monthly financial statements
• · Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid
• · Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures
• · Perform bank account reconciliations
• · Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries
• · Assist in financial statement review
• · Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist
• · Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed
• · Other responsibilities as required

The potential base pay range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
