A leading university seeks to hire an administrative assistant for its Office of Financial Aid. This role involves managing schedules, addressing student inquiries, and providing clerical support for various financial aid processes, emphasizing customer service and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and experience in an office environment.
Assist in the day-to-day schedules and activities of the Office of Financial Aid. Perform specialized clerical duties involving various financial aid programs and records maintenance according to federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies. Provide assistance and information to students, staff, and the public. Operate office equipment and systems, and assist staff with their operation.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
