Qualifications

• Three years of experience in financial aid or student services.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn federal Title IV needs analysis.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under time pressure.
• Cultural awareness and commitment to diversity and social justice.
• Experience with a variety of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Administers all aspects of the financial aid process per federal/state regulations.
• Advises students through the financial aid process and informs funding.
• Supports enrollment goals and provides accurate, timely, compliant service.
• Coordinate financial aid activities with the Director/Associate Director.
• May require evenings or weekends occasionally.
