Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of financial aid or enrollment management experience.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn federal Title IV needs analysis.
  • Excellent communication and service skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.
  • Cultural awareness and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
  • Experience with various computer applications and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of financial aid regulations and policies to effectively award and support applicants.
  • Administer state, federal, university and other aid resources in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate financial aid activities with the Director/Associate Director and other departments.
  • Advise students and families, providing accurate information and guidance on aid options.
  • Supervise student employees and support enrollment management goals.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.
