Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training/experience.
• Experience in financial aid customer service environment preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Experience logging customer information into a call tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Resolves basic issues and inquiries about Financial Aid and SBS policies via phone, email, and chat.
• Assists customers with self-service tasks to improve understanding and satisfaction.
• Escalates complex issues to appropriate channels while maintaining service standards.
• Documents interactions with attention to detail and updates customer data in the system.
