Qualifications

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid office.
• Provide customer service to students and families.
• Explain the application process, verification, and award status.
• Maintain electronic financial aid forms and assist audits.
• Operate imaging/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students and parents for financial aid inquiries.
• Manage assigned work queues, email, and message center communications.
• Provide information on application, needs analysis, verification, and award status.
• Assist in coordination of annual financial aid audits.
• Use Image Now/BDMS to scan, organize, and release documents.
• Support documentation collection and processing across unit functions.
• Occasionally travel to off-campus workshops.
• Collaborate with enrollment departments as needed.
