Primary duties will be the monitoring of the department email and fax accounts, answering telephones, working with students and parents in the front office and scanning, indexing, and maintaining the document imaging system.
Associate degree, or vocational or technical school degree in any relevant field of study with minimum 1 year of experience with the following relevant work experience: Administrative support experience involving data entry, document collection, record maintenance, and use of computerized information systems such as MS Office.
Associate degree, vocational certificate, or technical school credential in a related field of study.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to include appropriate tone, clarity, and timeliness. Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing working environment.
