Job Summary

This position will coordinate the financial aid applicationprocess from first contact to completed award.

Responsibilities
  • Perform verification on selected students' FAFSA records
  • Evaluate financial aid requests and make award adjustments and/or recalculations
  • Perform outreach to students regarding financial aidrequirements
  • Maintain knowledge of all current federal and state regulationsgoverning financial aid to ensure compliants
  • Collaborate with various campus partners/departments to provideaccurate information for students
  • Represent the Financial Aid Office at University events
  • Assist with counseling students and respond to service requests(phone, emails, tickets, appointments, etc.)
  • Serve on various departmental, institutional, and/or regionalcommittees

Proposed Salary

$21.75 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweeklybasis.
