Ideal candidates will have experience in a financial aid office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with membership, program, finance, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process financial aid applications.
• Provide/maintain a status report on all open applications for operations team.
• Maintain financial aid records and documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare and submit reports related to financial aid activities and expenditures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of financial aid processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
