Job summary

Greater Somerset County YMCA (GSCYMCA) Princeton branch is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Youth programming through scheduling, staff oversight, and program development. The role covers SACC, enrichment, sports, and summer camp, with emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance.

You will train and support staff, maintain records, and collaborate with leadership to advance community outreach and program outcomes. Excellent customer service and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage child care and youth programs and daily operations.
• Manage enrollment, registration, attendance, and data records.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across programs.
