Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students with navigating the financial aid process, including completing applications and submitting required forms.
• Conduct financial aid presentations and counseling sessions to explain options and responsibilities.
• Evaluate student financial aid applications to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid.
• Maintain accurate and complete student financial aid records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other university departments to resolve complex financial aid issues and provide excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial aid regulations and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with development and implementation of financial aid policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
