Penn State University’s Office of Student Aid seeks a Financial Aid Coordinator to manage and interpret federal, state, and institutional aid policies. The role supports the administration of grants, scholarships, work-study, and loan programs and ensures accurate and compliant aid delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and University student aid regulations.
• Experience counseling students and parents via email/phone.
• Ability to communicate with agencies and university offices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain expertise in student aid regulations and policies.
• Process and troubleshoot federal, state, and university aid programs (grants, scholarships, work-study, loans).
• Review reports to adjust aid; communicate with federal/state agencies.
• Provide financial aid counseling to students and parents by email and phone.
• Collaborate with Bursar, Registrar, and Student Financial Services to resolve aid issues.
