Penn State University seeks a Director of Student Financial Aid to lead financial aid operations for medical, PA, and graduate students across two campuses. You will oversee scholarships, endowed funds, and the Early Assurance Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and donor requirements.

You will collaborate with leadership, admissions, and university stakeholders to advance student success, financial wellness, and strategic enrollment initiatives while providing expert guidance on aid

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal Title IV regulations and financial aid compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, endowed funds, gifts, scholarships, and financial reporting.
• Experience coordinating admissions processes or academic pathway programs.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of financial aid operations for medical, PA, and graduate students across multiple campuses.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Lead development and improvement of financial aid policies and student support services.
• Implement policy changes within College of Medicine financial aid operations and assess impact.
• Oversee scholarship and endowment administration and reporting.
