Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education in Business, Accounting or related area; may substitute with relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Ability to interact effectively in a team-based environment and with college service areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Title IV student funding related fiscal operations and daily account management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations and guidelines.
• Review sensitive federal student aid data and protect information access.
• Collaborate with multiple college departments to resolve disbursement inquiries and issues.
• Monitor overpayments, Pell, loan limits, and other flags; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Provide guidance to students regarding eligibility requirements and post withdrawal disbursements.
