Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and advise students on the financial aid process.
• Collect and review financial aid documents for accuracy.
• Update student status in Colleague and adjust awards in AIDE.
• Manage the financial aid email account and ACD telephone line.
• Travel to correctional facilities to support the CEP program.
• Assist with verification documentation for Professional Judgment.
• Develop policies to streamline delivery of financial aid resources.
