Unitek Learning is seeking a Financial Aid Director (Corporate-Back Office) to oversee accurate processing of student records in the Federal COD system and ensure timely disbursements and Return of Title IV funds for Unitek College students. The role also tracks cohort default management and regulatory compliance across aid operations.

You will lead back-office staff, coordinate with leadership, and stay current with federal regulations while collaborating with campuses to support students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Financial Aid experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Award state and federal aid to eligible students according to regulations and policy.
• Process Verification and Disbursements.
• Calculate Return of Title IV.
• Internal file audits.
• Run reports to ensure work integrity.
• Interact with other departments to assist students.
