• Inform students about their aid packages and possible adjustments.
• Assist with loan applications, entrance/exit counseling, and debt management.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and institutional financial aid policies.
• Coordinate with admissions and registrar to ensure accurate student records.
• Promote responsible borrowing and explain financial decisions.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Conduct appointments and financial aid presentations/workshops.
