Job summary

• Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet with new students to understand funding needs, provide guidance on FAFSA completion and required documents.
• Review eligibility for funding options including Federal Title IV funds, scholarships, state funding, and military funds.
• Provide gap funding options to students and support in determining best options to meet financial needs.
• Counsel students on financial literacy and wellness to promote responsible borrowing.
• Manage a student caseload and build relationships to support students’ financial aid.
• Conduct regular outreach for documents, loan acceptance, and past due balances.
• Revise award packages due to changes in schedules or eligibility.
