Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor in Utah to guide students and families through the financial aid process. You will provide clear information, support, and smart solutions to help students start or continue their education across UTIs campuses.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong organization, and teamwork with Admissions and Student Services to improve student access and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred.
• Title IV experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through every step of the financial aid process.
• Deliver excellence with compassion, clarity, and efficiency.
• Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school.
• Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams.

Quaifications

Education / Experience

• Education:High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience:3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid highly preferred
• Title IV:experience preferred

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
