Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 3 years customer service or sales experience; 2 years in financial aid highly preferred.
• Experience with Title IV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through every step of the financial aid process.
• Provide exceptional service with compassion, clarity, and efficiency.
• Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school with creative solutions.
• Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more to help students make informed financial decisions.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success.

Financial Aid Advisor

Whether you’re working with future students as they get ready to start school or supporting current students as they continue their journey, your mission is to provide friendly guidance, accurate information, and smart solutions every step of the way. What We Offer

• Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
• Hours: Monday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Tuition waiver: after 6 months of employment for you and your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
