TheFinancial Aid Advisor must have exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills; strong oral and written communication skills; be able to communicate effectively, and have negotiation and problem solving abilities; as well as the desire to work closely with a diverse student population. This position has the potential to be hybrid, and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Pennsylvania Institute of Technology (P.I.T.) has a policy regarding post-offer background screening for all appropriate faculty, staff, and volunteers of the College.
