Job summary

Year Up United offers an intensive, one-year (or less) training program that combines classroom skill development with internships and job placement services. Participants experience coaching and mentorship across four career pathways, including Banking, Customer Success, and Insurance Operations & Claims, with an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Eligible applicants are U.S. workers with a high school diploma or GED, available weekdays, and motivated to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree.
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Customer Experience pathway training.
• Gain product and service knowledge and professional business skills.
• Receive coaching, mentorship and internship support.
• Engage in internships and job placement assistance through YUPRO Placement.
