Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Financial Advisory Services Representative to support the advisor team across our NC districts. You will cultivate member relationships, promote FAS products, and handle non-licensed activities to let advisors focus on clients and cross-selling opportunities.

In this role you will assist with account packets, scheduling, training branch staff, and community outreach, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisor team by cross-selling and referrals.
• Assist with annual review calls, account packets, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Promote FAS products and coordinate with advisors and back-office.
• Deliver training and participate in community events as organized by management.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies and security controls.
