Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Hold a current life insurance license or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Aptitude for meeting people, developing member confidence, respect of members and co-workers, trust of Credit Union.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in daily work based on immediate needs.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Discrete in performance of duties and hold information about member accounts in strict confidence.
• Ability to work additional hours when necessary to execute responsibilities.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by manager.
• Regional travel required. Must possess vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supports Activities for the Financial Advisor Team.
• Develop a good understanding of all FAS solutions to coordinate with Financial Advisors as needed.
• Promote cross-selling of FAS products with new and existing clients.
• Effectively work referrals to connect members with a qualified FAS employee.
• Assist licensed Investment Representatives with non-licensing tasks and account processing.
• Liaison between the Financial Advisor network and back-office for efficient communication.
• Assist Trust Representatives with Estate Planning calendar and follow-ups.
• Navigate SECU systems, life insurance software, NetX 360, Envestnet and future tools.
• Communicate results with the FAS District Manager.
• Deliver training on FAS solutions to branch staff.
• Participate in community involvement events organized by the District Manager.
• Prepare and deliver documents for new accounts and servicing.
• Submit completed account documents for timely approval.
• Connect clients with the Financial Advisor for follow-up meetings.
• Comply with Credit Union policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Complete required quarterly training and CE as assigned.
