Through distance learning, apprenticeship and mentorship with a Branch Manager and team, you will build a personal practice by balancing client development, investment management and compliance while advancing licenses and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years sales experience.
• SIE license required or obtainable within four months.
• Series 7 and Series 66 or the ability to obtain within four months.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform the Financial Advisor role under mentorship.
• Develop a book of business aligned with AMP program goals for assets under management and production.
• Provide clients with sound financial advice aligned to objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Open, transfer, and close client accounts; maintain records.
• Stay current on investment products, regulations, and financial planning.
