Job summary

New York Life offers an Accelerated Path to Management Program where you begin as a Financial Advisor, learning to position products, build client relationships, and meet requirements before moving into management. A six-month Associate Partner training follows, with opportunities to lead and recruit a team.

You’ll start with commission-based income, with a salary and bonuses upon achieving Associate Partner status, plus benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
• MBA or equivalent degree or Bachelor’s degree sufficient with criteria.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities.

Responsibilities

• Start as a Financial Advisor to learn product positioning and client relationships.
• Transition after 12 months into Associate Partner with leadership responsibilities.
• Recruit and coach financial professionals to build a team.
• Compensation begins as commission-based; Associate Partner will receive a salary with bonuses and incentives.
