Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will communicate across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels, while organizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes onboarding, account setup, asset transfers, and proactive client service. The position requires effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first contact for a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Onboards new clients and opens accounts using internal databases and technologies.
• Monitors asset transfers and ensures cost basis accuracy.
• Prepares financial reports and client meeting materials.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for financial advisors.
• Maintains CRM records and supports marketing events.
