Job summary

Raymond James in Cottonwood Heights, UT seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and clients with high-touch service. You’ll onboard new clients, open accounts, process inquiries, and schedule meetings using CRM and other tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires effective communication, organization, and problem-solving. A High School diploma and 1+ year securities experience are preferred; SIE and Series 7 are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients.
• Onboards new clients, opens accounts, and researches client information.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
• Prepares financial reports and client meeting materials.
• Maintains CRM records and supports marketing efforts.
