Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Financial Advisor Transition Consultant to partner with recruiting teams and field leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for Advisors, their business, and clients’ onboarding to RBC Wealth Management.

This role requires regular travel 75% of the time and open to candidates in major metropolitan locations, including Minneapolis. You will coordinate onboarding, assist with hiring, and integrate the AOS platform to accelerate asset transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience at a wealth management firm.
• Proven dedication to and focus to client service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems, and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience with branch, complex and divisional teams.
• Assist field leadership through the new recruit hiring process and book of business vetting.
• Support onboarding of new FAs, staff, and clients.
• Assist with integration of the AOS platform to accelerate account opening and asset transitions.
• Enhance client experience by including wealth management initiatives in onboarding.
• Develop, update and maintain internal resources, procedures, templates and checklists.
