Responsibilities

• Attain and exceed investment sales, revenue, and client engagement goals.
• Conduct client appointments in person, via video, and by phone to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Grow an assigned client portfolio through relationships and ongoing guidance.
• Maintain compliance with bank, FINRA, state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Field Advisors, and LBEs to identify opportunities and referrals.
• Coach LBEs and branch partners to enhance referrals and engagement.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and development initiatives.
• Develop business development activities aligned with management objectives.
• Build internal relationships and referral partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete administrative requirements.
• Keep licenses, registrations, and regulatory training up to date.
